As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educating customers about insurance products in a way that makes sense to them.
- Assisting with policy applications, renewals, and coverage questions.
- Providing top-notch customer service and quick, friendly responses.
- Keeping accurate records—because details matter!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to obtain a property and casualty insurance license within six weeks of employment.
- Willing to submit to a background check.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
